Bugfixed - 1.0.1

I've patched the game, fixed the most major issues, and hopefully, things should be smoother now. I'm going to take a day off from coding, I feel like I've earned it at this point :p

Most notably, Index and Touch controllers ought to work out of the box now.

After that, I'll work on less critical things and get another bugfix out, probably before Christmas.
